Target Products Ltd was formed in 1978, loading a small quantity of 12 gauge ammunition for the New Zealand market on one assembly machine, but today it has grown to specialise in the manufacture of a wide variety of hunting and competition loads. Since our formation we have been associated with a number of leading European suppliers including Fiocchi Munizioni and Gualandi of Italy, in their own right leaders in the fields of case and wad manufacturing.

Because of our ability to adapt our manufacturing, our perception to the changing market, and constant technical input from our European suppliers, we can select the best componentry for making the best shotshell ammunition possible. Our sporting ammunition has a reputation for consistant quality and performance in all forms of competition and if required we can manufacture customised loads for specific purposes to cater for individual prefernces. Our flexibility allow us to do this.
In recent years steelshot can be loaded at our facility to cater for the need for non-toxic hunting loads so this fits nicely with our range for both waterfoul and pest control use.
Not only is New Zealand our market but our products have been shipped extensively, as far away at Sri-lanka, Papua New Guinea and many South Pacific Islands. Australia is a major market for our range of competition and hunting loads.
From one machine in 1978 to three in 2005 Target Products has been constantly focused to make the best possible ammunition for its customers and to bring the expertise of its European partners together in premium Falcon and Fiocchi shotshells.
